After 25 years running the office in her families music business, Barbara decided to get back into her lifelong love of horticulture.  An avid home gardener, graduate of Clemson’s Master Gardener program, and founding member of the SC Native Plant Society, Barbara joined the Earth Design staff in 2006 as office manager. 

She is responsible for managing all customer and vendor accounts, payroll, plant procurement, and other general office duties.  She has also been known to fill the role of mom and counselor to her friends and co-workers.  Barbara also enjoys music, movies, reading, traveling and especially hanging out at home with her family and digging in the garden with her little dog ‘Luci’.
